Conditions for Return

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Product is complete with all components

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Gel polishes & nail polishes
Gels, acrylics & working materials
Brushes & brush sets
Nail files, buffers & polishers
Manicure tools (nippers, scissors)
Liquids & removers

How to Return or Exchange

Ship the Product

Send the item back via Nova Poshta. Return shipping is at the sender's expense unless the return is due to our error.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
