The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, Products as specified in the Order. This Agreement is a public offer under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.

Orders are placed through the website by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process. The Buyer must provide accurate contact information and delivery details. An order is considered confirmed after the Buyer receives an order confirmation email.

Product prices are displayed on the website in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴). Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of order placement is final for that order. Payment methods: online payment via MonoPay (Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/Google Pay) or via arrangement with a manager.

Delivery is performed according to the terms described on the Shipping & Payment page. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges are governed by the terms described on the Returns & Exchanges page and applicable Ukrainian consumer protection legislation (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection").

The Seller guarantees the quality of Products in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics, disruptions in communication networks, or carrier service failures.

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
