With a faint blue undertone, the cool red “Celebration” has a calm, polished look. The name of this Gel Polish Basic Collection shade simply means a festive occasion.

One thin coat covers the nail, because HEYLOVE gel polish is dense and heavily pigmented. It has an oily slip as you apply it, levels itself and keeps clear of the contours. Expect a neutral smell, not a harsh one. There is no TPO in the formula, and it still cures well in an ordinary UV lamp if all the LEDs are working.

Thoroughly cleanse the nail plate with pH Bond dehydrator.
Apply Ultra Bond acid-free primer to the tip of the nail and let it dry completely.
Apply a layer of clear Rubber base.
Cure the base for 30 seconds.
Apply the gel polish in one or two coats.
Cure for 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp.
Finish with a top coat.
